New Beginnings

I have taken a quick break from exhibiting work to tend to my acid jazz power trio, FlashBamPow. This was a decision that I struggled with at first, but it turned out to be the best decision I could have made.
The new music, and the new sounds that we've created are insanely fantastic, and as a trio, we are exploring new territory. The energy we kick up during live performance is jaw-dropping. I'm at the top of my creative powers in this trio, and it feels very natural when we jam.
We are working on our 1st live CD, and are also experimenting with new arrangements. I will keep you all posted about gigs, and our 1st releases.

Many New Things Are Happening!

After hundreds of exhibits throughout the country, I have decided to take a short break from exhibiting in galleries. I will still be selling my art, prints, books and other merchandise through www.seanmaddenart.com, so people will still be able to purchase my work. I will let everyone know when I begin to actively exhibit art again, and will announce new events here.

I am playing in an insanely creative, high-powered acid jazz trio named, "Bif Tadley and the Extremophiles." My old bandmates Chris Williamson (drums) and Dan Zea (bass) and I will once again be terrorizing audiences with our mind-expanding souljams. This is a very powerful act-- when we play, the audience goes insane. People crawl on the floor and act like maniacs. I will announce our future shows here, and eventually, through our new website.
